First Appointment
During your first appointment, we will take x-rays and perform clinical tests to determine your treatment needs. Dr. Saraf will then review the treatment options, explain why the treatment is necessary and outline how it will be performed.
Generally, treatment can be started at your first appointment and can usually be completed within two appointments at the most. In many cases treatment can be conveniently completed in one appointment.
If you are planning your first visit to our office you can conveniently download and complete our Patient Forms prior to your visit.
Insurance
We will also check your insurance benefits and let you know what your co-pay will be before we start the treatment. This means you are only responsible for the fees not covered by your insurance provider.
Payments
We can also offer the convenience of paying fees in two installment payments. Patients are encouraged to fax us their insurance information in advance so we can verify benefits.
